  • Over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Specializes in DBT, EMDR, CBT, and Mindfulness
  • Has worked in residential, day treatment, outpatient and IOP settings
  • Enjoys the relational nature of residential treatment

Misty Rosier

  • 20 years experience in mental health
  • An expert in working with grief and loss, adoption and attachment issues
  • Firmly believes in the importance of family work in the overall therapeutic process including teaching conflict resolution and healthy communication strategies

Kim England

  • Nearly 20 years’ experience in the mental health field
  • Uses a diverse approach to meet clients where they are in their therapeutic journey
  • Certified in EMDR, DBT, Trauma Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP)

Blake Taylor

  • Over 30 years experience in therapeutic treatment
  • Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brainspotting
  • Has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, juvenile detention centers, county mental health, and college counseling

TJ Rowden

  • 20 years’ experience in various residential settings
  • Certified in CBT and Discernment Counseling
  • Certified Arbinger Facilitator
  • Therapeutic style is informed by Contextual Family Therapy (CFT) and Family Systems and Ecology training

Rod Russell

  • Over 20 years’ experience in mental health
  • Certified Addictions Counselor
  • Runs Substance Use Addictions groups and non-substance related addictions groups (such as Internet Addiction & Co-Dependency, Vaping, Smartphone Addiction)

Kristen Garcia, LSCW

  • Received Master’s Degree in Social Work in September 2019.
  • Has experience working with adolescents who come from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations and socioeconomic statuses.
  • Primary focus is evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
  • Her therapeutic approach allows her to effectively serve people dealing with depression and anxiety, to life transitions and complex trauma.
